Chris Staines has an exceptional reputation in the industry. He was Head Chef at Foliage, Mandarin Oriental, London where he held a Michelin star for seven years and, before that, he was Chef de Cuisine at Marco Pierre White's The Oak Room, which held three Michelin stars.
